Alec oversharing a life with new babe

Last Tuesday evening, Alec Baldwin decided to blast out one last tweet before hitting the hay.

“Goodnight, @HilariaThomas,” the 53-year-old “30 Rock” star told his 27-year-old girlfriend, Mallorca, Spain-born yoga teacher Hilaria Thomas (and everyone else).

“@AlecBaldwin buenas noches cariá±o,” she responded.

For their combined 343,421 followers, it was a bizarrely intimate moment to share with the unlikely couple, who have been dating for less than a year.

Thomas, a raven-haired, petite former Latin ballroom dancer explained their almost constant public displays of affection while prepping for an evening yoga class last week: “We have nothing to hide. We really enjoy each other’s company.”

Thomas, whose unusual first name means “happy” in Spanish, has managed to turn the sometimes grumpy actor into something of a love-struck fool who wants to shout to the world what he’s found.

“I’ve got a woman in my life now,” Baldwin gushed on David Letterman last month, when asked if he was still considering a mayoral run.

“Running for mayor is something I would love to do, but would I rather be handcuffed to the emergency command center in Maspeth during a hurricane . . . or would I rather spend some of that ‘30 Rock’ money traveling the world with my girlfriend?”

The camera had just panned to Hilaria waiting in the green room.

Thomas, who moved to Manhattan in 2003 to study dance and art history at NYU, met Baldwin while dining with friends at the upscale vegan restaurant Pure Food and Wine earlier this year.

The former professional latin dancer had only a vague idea of who the famous actor was — she doesn’t own a TV. But the two hit it off immediately and exchanged numbers.

The fact that Thomas is a blank slate when it comes to pop culture may have been part of her appeal for the Golden Globe winner who portrays the lovably egotistical TV exec Jack Donaghy.

The driven Thomas — who is part-owner and teacher at Yoga Vida, near Union Square — spends most of her waking hours dancing, teaching or working out. She admits she doesn’t like watching movies and usually ends up nodding off on them — in part because she wakes up at 5:45 a.m. to teach.

Even though Baldwin is almost twice Thomas’ age, it was the middle-aged actor who introduced his young girlfriend to the joys of social networking, urging her to sign up for a Twitter account last month.

They’ve been oversharing online ever since — tweeting a blow-by-blow account of their burgeoning relationship.

They go to the ballet, attend charity events and last week listened to opera singer Andrea Bocelli in Central Park.

As for the future, the two are in the process of moving in together to an apartment near Thomas’ yoga studio.

But being a public persona, suddenly, is a shock for Thomas. Students in her packed classes are curious but respectful of their celebrity-girlfriend teacher. But she has her Internet haters, who call her a “poser” for calling her boyfriend “amor” on twitter and dispensing Eastern wisdoms.

Thomas, like a more serene version of her boyfriend, doesn’t ignore them.

“I do find myself in many poses all day,” she tweeted back. “Most of them yoga.”
