Rosie’s posh Chicago digs

Rosie O’Donnell won’t be staying in the corporate apartment in Chicago when she launches her new talk show on Oprah Winfrey’s OWN network next month.

O’Donnell, who has an estate in upstate Nyack, this week bought a $2.5 million townhouse on Chicago’s yuppy-ish Northside, according to reports.

The three-story house was built only a few years ago, and includes five bedrooms and seven baths, according to a real estate Web site. It also comes with a three-car garage, a roof deck and a marble-floored entrance hall.

O’Donnell will be doing a five-day-a-week show for the new Oprah network and will be splitting her time between New York — where her four kids live with ex Kelli Carpenter — and Chicago.
