You can get one of the AMC show’s branded gory getups or add a little blood and guts to tweak last year’s look and still be on target.
Although “Jersey Shore” costumes were so 15 minutes ago, the series “might still have some legs on it,” says Todd Kenig, CEO of costume mecca Ricky’s. To extend the life of the old Snooki pouf wig or plastic abs a la the Situation, “We put a twist on ‘Jersey Shore’ and made them zombies,” he says.
“Breaking Bad” is another hot commodity, if you’re willing to DIY.
“People are asking me for the ‘Heisenberg costume,’ ” Kenig says, adding that all you need to pull off that look is a porkpie hat, goatee, glasses and a bald cap.
