Jennifer Aniston just sold her two stunning West Village condos for $6.5 million to a non-boldface mystery buyer, The Post has learned.
That’s a half-million less than what she bought them for last year, when she paid $7.01 million for two prewar condos at 299 W. 12th St. through a corporation in her dog’s name, Norman.
Aniston is now dating Justin Theroux and outgrew the apartments — a one-bedroom penthouse and a one-bedroom on the 17th floor — that she had planned on combining.
“She loved them, but her circumstances changed and the space was just wrong,” an insider said.
Aniston recently picked up a $21 million mansion in Bel Air, Calif., that’s vast enough for her and her boyfriend.
The penthouse Aniston sold has “one of the most beautiful terraces in the city, with unobstructed forever views,” said listing broker Bruce Ehrmann, now with Prudential Douglas Elliman after 17 years at rival firm Stribling.
