Ryan’s moving on out

Hollywood heavyweight Ryan Seacrest is moving on up.

A week after inking new deals with E!, Fox and Clear Channel radio worth more than $5l0 million a year, Seacrest put his $12 million Hollywood Hills home on the market.

Seacrest bought the house from actor Kevin Costner for $11.5 million back in 2006, according to records.

The 8,172-square-foot home — described as a “Mediterranean Mansion” — has been featured in Architectural Digest.

It boasts five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a swimming pool, guest house, detached garage and tennis courts, according to the real estate Web site Zillow.com.

But it appears that Seacrest is willing to forego much of a profit in his haste to get out of the house.

The host of “American Idol” tried to sell the house two years ago for nearly $15 million but pulled it off the market when it didn’t sell, according to Zillow.

The LA real estate agent listing the house online has restricted access to a virtual tour of the property.

Only qualified buyers can go on the password-protected site, the agents said yesterday.

No word yet on where Seacrest may want to move next.
