Truck yourself!

She just can’t keep her hands off those wieners.

Long Island’s infamous Hot Dog Hooker vowed to once again peddle her steamy sausages — even as she remained locked up on prostitution charges for allegedly selling sex from her mobile wiener stand.

“I’ll be out there in a bikini top and a G-string this summer,” sausage seductress Catherine Scalia promised in a jail house interview with The Post yesterday. “I have a permit. It’s going to be hot dogs and t-ts.”

The defiant mom of four was hit with a misdemeanor prostitution rap last Friday, after cops said she offered to manually stimulate an undercover detective who visited her hot-dog truck in Baldwin for $50.

“It’s incredible that these can get you in trouble,” she said, as she shook her ample bosom for a reporter — and drew an amused glance from a corrections officer.

Busted for the same scheme in 2005, Scalia said she just can’t give up her lusty lifestyle, and will once again sell hot dogs from her truck, while also working as a stripper.

“I work two jobs,” she said. “I sell hot dogs and I strip. And I want to do both as soon as I’m out of here.”

With her relatives refusing to bail her out, Scalia has been marooned behind bars on $2,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court today.

Scalia denied the prostitution charges, but admitted to handing out business cards offering to strip for dough.

“I learned from the last time not to do anything in the truck,” she said.

Scalia claimed that cops ensnared her — and that it was the officer who suggested the illicit, $50 wiener roast. She also mocked the Nassau County cops for a heavy-handed response.

“Next thing you know there are 20 cops in my house,” she said. “I didn’t know what was going on. I felt like I was about to perform at some crazy bachelor party.”

The steamed stripper said officers were going to let her off with an appearance ticket until she started ranting against the intrusion.

”I started yelling at them,” she said. “There are 10 dead hookers out there and you guys are coming after me for stripping in my own home? . . . I’m just a normal woman with bills to pay.”

“I was only making about 20 bucks a day with the hot dogs,” she explained. “I needed a little extra money.”

Scalia said that she paid $345 for an annual vending permit, and hopes to soon be able to ply her trade.

“I’m 45. I want to enjoy what I have left,” she said. “I’ve been a stripper all my life and I enjoy it. I want to shake my boobs and have a little fun before I die.”
