Hot Dog Hooker ‘relishes’ her return

The buns are back.

Long Island’s Hot Dog Hooker was sprung from jail yesterday, and said she’ll be serving up Sabretts and stripteases from her mobile wiener wagon this morning.

“I’ll be out there in my bikini top selling my hot dogs!” Catherine Scalia boasted as she strutted out of a Nassau County jail after a court appearance.

Scalia was busted for prostitution last Friday for allegedly agreeing to pleasure an undercover cop for $50 after he purchased a hot dog.

Judge Anthony Paradiso sentenced Scalia to seven days in prison and ordered her to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.

The East Rockaway resident is due back in court on June 16, when she’ll begin serving her sentence — and could face up to 60 days in prison if she fails to complete the treatment.

Scalia, who was busted for the same scheme in 2005, raised her arms in triumph yesterday as she waltzed out of the clink.

The mother of four scoffed at the prostitution raps yesterday — despite her pleading guilty.

“If a man can walk out down the street without a shirt, so can I!” she said.

“I just give my business cards out, and guys who want a strip show call me, and I’ll do it at my house. What’s wrong with that?”

Scalia also explained that she dunks her hot dogs in a zesty vinegar marinade, and even chops her own condiments.

“Come taste my onions!” she said.
