Travolta lawsuit not going to trial, to be resolved behind closed doors: report

John Travolta and one of his massage accusers have pulled the sheets over their sordid dispute — agreeing to fight a sexual-misconduct lawsuit behind closed doors, according to a new report.

The “Pulp Fiction” star and a male massage therapist have opted to hash out the masseuse’s civil complaint in front of a private judge, RadarOnline.com reported today.

“Both sides will agree to keep all transcripts sealed, as well as all witness statements, depositions,” a source close to negotiations told Radar. “The lawsuit will be heard by a private judge, who will decide how much money if any the accuser will receive.”

The unidentified massage man has claimed he was rubbing down Travolta inside the actor’s Atlanta hotel room on Jan. 28 when the encounter got freaky.

The man, known only as John Doe No. 2, said an erect Travolta grabbed the massage therapist’s hand tried to put it on the actor’s scrotum, according to the plaintiff.

This Atlanta complaint was added to an original lawsuit filed by a masseuse, who accused Travolta of pulling a similar stunt in Beverly Hills on Jan. 16.

But Travolta showed evidence — photographs and restaurant receipts — he was a continent away, in New York, on Jan. 16. That original complaint was dropped.

A Chilean man has claimed Travolta offered him $12,000 for massage and sex on a Royal Caribbean cruise in 2009. But the man said he declined and hasn’t filed a lawsuit.

The “Saturday Night Fever” icon has been married to actress Kelly Preston since 1991. They’ve had three children, but the oldest, Jett, passed away in 2009.
