Casino mogul Steve Wynn just hauled in a $70 million jackpot — on Central Park South.
He’s snapped up the swanky penthouse at The Ritz-Carlton, one of the priciest properties on the Manhattan real-estate market, The Post has learned.
And like any good high roller, he knew to cash out when he was ahead.
The 10,882-square-foot duplex on the 30th and 31st floors — once the hotel’s grand ballroom — was originally listed at $77.5 million, until Wynn negotiated it down, sources said.
It features 15-foot ceilings, a 900-square-foot living room, a media room, a library and a windowed, eat-in chef’s kitchen.
There’s also a terrace with striking views of Central Park.
The lower level has four bedrooms, and an 800-square-foot dressing room.
Maintenance fees are a mind-boggling $18,057 per month, sources said.
Wynn purchased the apartment from Christopher Jeffries, a founding partner of real-estate developers Millennium Partners.
Wynn looked at nearly every trophy apartment in the city for two years after he sold his apartment at The Plaza in 2010 for $24.4 million.
