Broadway scion Eric Nederlander arrested — again — for allegedly trying to break into girlfriend’s apartment

The black sheep of Broadway’s Nederlander family spent the night in jail on yet more girlfriend-bothering allegations — this time for allegedly stealing the woman’s keys and trying to break down her door.

“You f—ing bitch! You’re cheating on me!” Eric Nederlander allegedly shouted as he threw himself against the West Village apartment door of on-again, off-again sweetheart Nancy Okun.

Nederlander, 46 — as infamous for being the first Mr. Jessica Seinfeld as for his recent string of command performances in Manhattan’s divorce and criminal courts — was freed on $15,000 bail today on the latest felony contempt charges, which allege he violated a no-contact order of protection for Okun.

It’s the third time in less than a year that Okun has dragged Nederlander into Manhattan Criminal Court on allegations he attacked her verbally or physically.

The first time, in July, Okun told cops Nederlander smashed her face into a taxi’s Plexiglass partition while yelling, “Don’t get out of the cab. Please don’t do this to me. They’ll take her away,” a reference to his 4-year-old daughter, Mira, subject of a two-year divorce and custody battle with his psychologist wife Lindsey Kupferman.

He was charged with assault and harassment, but Okun eventually declined to prosecute and Nederlander pleaded to disorderly conduct, signing a limited order of protection that let him continue to live in her apartment but barred him from assaulting or harassing her.

The second time, in January, Okun accused him of violating that order by yanking her hair while she was sleeping.

“You’re cheating on me!” he allegedly yelled as he yanked.

Now, prosecutors will seek indictments on both the January and this month’s felony criminal contempt charges, which carry prison sentences of up to four years.

It was 1:00 in the morning on Thursday when Okun noticed Nederlander had left her apartment and allegedly stolen her spare apartment keys, she told cops, according to the latest criminal complaint. Two hours later, Nederlander used the keys to try to unlock her apartment, the complaint says.

Nederlander “attempted to push open the door through the two deadbolt locks on the door by applying his body weight to the door, yelling, in sum and substance, “You f—ing bitch! You’re cheating on me!” as he did so,” the complaint alleges.

Meanwhile, in Manhattan Civil Court, Nederlander has been embroiled in a bitter, two-year custody battle with Kupferman, whose lawyers have been demanding copies of all of his criminal documents as evidence.

Kupferman’s lawyers say they plan to use the details of these cases to argue that the wife deserves full custody of the little girl.

Nederlander was infamously dumped by Jessica Seinfeld (nee Sklar) just a few months into their marriage. Nederlander posted his bond today — using his family funds — thanks to celebrity bail bondsman Ira Judelson, who has written bonds for P. Diddy, Lil Wayne, Plaxico Burress and Dominique Strauss-Kahn, whose bail was $5 million.
