So many protests, so little time for court.
The Occupy Wall Street protester busted for a caught-on-video rant about “What a Molotov cocktail can do to Macy’s” missed his appearance on terroristic-threat charges yesterday — late returning from NATO protests in Chicago.
“The first of the buses just came back,” Nkrumah Tinsley, 29, explained hours after a judge had issued an arrest warrant for him.
Tinsley will be back in court today, said his lawyer, Gideon Oliver, who predicted further delays so that a pre-pleading investigation can be completed.
The political science major at Borough of Manhattan Community College remains free on $25,000 bail. He already had a pending felony cop-punch charge — again from OWS — on his rap sheet when video surfaced online of his vow to “Burn this sh-t to the mother f–king ground.”
His lawyers have called Tinsley’s speech “bluster.”
