Scout Willis busted for underage drinking, giving cops fake ID

She’s so busted.

Scout Willis, the 20-year-old daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis was nabbed by cops Monday night in the Union Square subway station for allegedly drinking in public and giving cops a fake ID.

Willis was given a ticket for a desk appearance and released without bail early today. She was ordered to return to Manhattan Criminal Court on July 31.

The Brown University student was caught just before 7 p.m. last night by a transit cop who spotted her walking around with an 8-ounce imported beer, according to her criminal complaint obtained by The Post

She gave the officer a New York ID card with the name Katherine Kelly 22, of Manhattan, but the cop continued to grill Willis until she produced her real California ID.

“My name is Scout Willis,” she told the officer, according to court papers. “The first ID isn’t mine. My friend gave it to me. I don’t know Katherine Kelly.”

Willis was charged with criminal impersonation and consumption of alcohol in a public place both misdemeanors.
