How’s the taste? It’s certainly a post-workout treat, with cinnamon and vanilla, creating a healthy liquid version of a cinnamon bun.

What’s in it: Coconut meat, coconut water, banana and pitaya (also known as dragonfruit, native to Nicaragua)

Why it’s good for you: Hot-pink pitaya is high in antioxidants and low in sugar, while coconut and banana are packed with potassium.

How’s the taste? The pitaya is rather mild in flavor, so it’s blended with raw coconut water, coconut meat and banana, then served in a coconut shell for a not-too-sweet tropical flavor in a thick, shake-like form.
