Man disguised as FedEx delivery man robs victim at gunpoint in West Village apartment

Three armed hoodlums – one of whom was disguised as a FedEx deliveryman – barged into a West Village apartment and robbed the victim at gunpoint, police said.

The suspects knocked on the 34-year-old man’s door at 171 Thompson St. at about 2 p.m. May 5 and pushed their way inside once he answered the door, police added.

One perp smacked the victim with a gun before he and his cohorts made off with $2,000 in cash, an iPhone and some jewelry, sources said.

The crooks were seen fleeing in a black Ford vehicle.

The victim was not seriously injured. He was intentionally targeted and has since moved out according to the building’s landlord.
