Birthday gratis-faction!

Want to indulge yourself on your birthday for no bucks? You can make your big day a birthday free-for-all. Here are some NYC spots that offer freebies and discounts to birthday girls and boys — just remember your ID!

Start the day off on the right foot — or handstand. Integral Yoga Institute of New York (227 W. 13th St.; 212-929-0585) offers a free class (usually $17) for you and a friend on the day of your birthday. This immense, six-story facility has more than 100 classes every week, fit for any level of yogi.

Can’t make it on your big day? You might be able to wriggle in a day or two late. “We’re flexible with the date because we’re yogis,” jokes Chandra Sgammato of Integral Yoga.

Once you’re limbered up, it’s time to get pampered. Bliss Spa (multiple locations; blissworld.com) offers 15 percent off services and products for your entire birthday month. Try the new “Shopper’s Delight Leg Massage” ($60 with the discount), the perfect remedy for a day of walking around and collecting gratis goodies.

Next up, Benefit Brow Bar (inside Macy’s Herald Square and Bloomingdale’s locations; benefitcosmetics.com) will pluck and wax your eyebrows to perfection, completely free (normally $23).

The icing on the cake is the birthday-do, essential for a night when you’re the star of the party. Book a blow-out, $40, at cocktail-themed salon Drybar (4 W. 16th St. and inside Le Parker Meridien, 119 W. 56th St.; 212-561-5392), and receive a free “floater” 10-minute scalp massage, usually a $10 add on. Relax with the complimentary Champagne and the classic romantic comedies un-reeling behind the bar.

When the afternoon hits, you’ll need to refuel before a big night out. Head over to Union Square to the Soft Serve Fruit Co. (25 E. 17th St.; softservefruitco.com), a fro-yo alternative made entirely of frozen fruit, water and a dash of cane sugar. Pick up a gratis kids’ sundae (normally $3.50) with flavors such as banana, apple, mango and pear, and toppings ranging from kiwi and pineapple to chocolate fudge and graham crackers.

After that frosty treat, hop on the L train and head over to Williamsburg’s Second Stop Cafe (524 Lorimer St.; 718-486-6850). This neighborhood favorite serves up Stumptown coffee and six types of homemade cookies

— a sign at the register shows Richard Simmons declaring you get a free coffee ($2.45) and cookie ($3.50) on your birthday. According to the cafe, most birthday-partying New Yorkers pick the chocolate-chip coconut sweet.

And if your big day puts you in the mood for a sushi celebration, sign up online for the rewards program at Haru Sushi (seven locations; harusushi.com) and receive a $20 gift certificate toward a Japanese birthday feast. Your wallet, and your taste buds will thank you.
