Moore money

Mo money might mean mo problems — but for Sean “Diddy” Combs, it can also mean a lot of trophy real estate.

Diddy, who already owns a condo at the ultra-fancy Park Imperial at 230 W. 56th St., is on the prowl for a new home. He recently checked out a $19.95 million penthouse at 35 North Moore St. The duplex is at the top of TriBeCa’s Merchants House condo conversion.

The 6,800-square-foot space has six bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms, plus an additional 3,000 square feet of outdoor space. The condo, a combination of two apartments, also comes with two garage spaces.

Diddy, with an estimated net worth of more than $500 million, also owns a 12,000-square-foot house in Alpine, NJ, and a 20,000-square-foot house on Miami’s Star Island. He put the Alpine mansion on the market last June for $13.5 million.

Nacho’s deluxe

The East End regulars are back in summer rentals.

In Sagaponack, gaining favor with hedge-funders and boldface names, Argentine polo player/model Ignacio “Nacho” Figueras has rented an $80,000, five-bedroom beach house on a 1.5-acre Sagg Main Road lot. And our spies tell us that Liv Tyler is nearby in a six-bedroom home on 5 acres.

Broker Jane Gill of Saunders and Associates declined to comment. We hear the rental digs are on the market near fellow Saunders broker (as well as retired lawyer) and developer Alan Schnurman’s $21.9 million listing at 376 Daniels Lane, a seven-bedroom, 10,000-square-foot home with a pool, tennis court, gym, sauna and steam room.

NYC is ‘Hassel’-free

Her views are changing.

“The View” co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck and former NFL quarterback husband Tim are leaving the Upper West Side for the “Stepford Wives” land of Greenwich, Conn.

Hasselbeck is in contract to sell her four-bedroom condo at the Ariel West building at 245 W. 99th St. The apartment was listed for $3.3 million. Listing broker Lisa Lippman of Brown Harris Stevens declined to comment.

Although that deal has not yet closed, Hasselbeck has already purchased a $4 million-plus home, which was owned by Brown Harris Stevens broker Michael Kovner, on Greenwich’s Brookridge Drive.

‘Rubber’ deal

Actor Willem Dafoe’s Ulster County “Rubber House” is finally in contract. The local landmark, on Country Route 2 in Accord, NY, is unusual, with an exterior wrapped in the synthetic rubber known as neoprene. The two-bedroom home is 1,949 square feet and was listed for $850,000 in 2009. It had a most recent asking price of $550,000. Listing broker Chris Pomeroy of Halstead Property declined to comment.

Madoff rental

While Andrew Madoff is having a tough time finding new rental digs, it only took two months for him to find a renter for his home at 433 E. 74th St. Madoff bought the condo for $4.37 million in October 2008, before fraudster dad Bernie’s arrest that December. This March, Madoff put the five-bedroom on the market for $4.49 million — but that listing violated a legal agreement Madoff made not to sell his property. Gimme Shelter has obtained a court document Madoff signed, promising not to sell his assets. But he is allowed to earn income from them, a legal source tells us. Madoff pulled the sales listing off the market after about a week and then put the home up for rent at $25,000 a month before slashing it to $20,000. Two months later, he found a renter who signed for a year.

Capital one

The oldest home still standing in the nation’s capital is now on the market. The Rosedale Farmhouse, at 3501 Newark Street NW, is listed for $5.3 million with Coldwell Banker’s Marin Hagen and Sylvia Bergstrom.

The Washington, DC, property includes an original stone cottage from the 1730s that became a kitchen when the main farmhouse was built in 1794 by Revolutionary War hero Uriah Forrest and his wife, Rebecca. The restored home includes a 60-foot pool and access to a shared tennis court. It is buffered by a 3-acre conservancy and has views of the Washington National Cathedral.
