Celeb jeweler slapped with misdemeanor weapons charge for umbrella parking space ‘spat’

Manhattan prosecutors have hit a jeweler-to-the-stars with a misdemeanor weapons charge — for the cheap umbrella she allegedly thwacked a stranger with during an argument over a Christopher Street parking spot last month.

“It was a two-dollar bodega umbrella, and it was raining!” blonde and shapely Dawnelle Yager, 42, told The Post of the “weapon” in question as she left Manhattan Criminal Court Wednesday.

Prosecutors say Yager — whose designs have been worn by Kim Kardashian and Vanessa Hudgens — struck spa worker Meng Dong, 30, with the umbrella hard enough to cause cuts and bruises on his arms. “She certainly was not the aggressor here,” said her lawyer, Edward Kratt.

“He asked me if I owned Christopher Street and thought it was mine,” Yager told cops, according to court papers. “I swung my umbrella at him to protect myself,” she explained. Dong has countered that Yager was screaming, “That’s my spot!” and started beating him without provocation.
