Arrest in Brooklyn store slay

A man was busted yesterday after allegedly gunning down a Brooklyn store owner as he chatted on the phone with his wife in Pakistan, cops said.

Robert Bullock, 24, was charged with murder in the slaying of Mohamed Bilal, 32, in his East New York computer store Monday afternoon, cops said.

Bilal was shot as he was speaking to his wife, who gave birth to their son two months ago, according to a law-enforcement source.

Surveillance video from the New Attitude Internet Cafe captured the shooting, sources said.

The suspect left empty-handed but police believe he was there to rob the store on New Lots Avenue.

Bullock, a convicted felon, has served time for robbery and was on parole, cops said.
