Angelina Jolie is the highest-paid actress in Hollywood – earning almost $7.6 million more than second-ranked Jennifer Lawrence in the past 12 months.
The 38-year-old star pocketed $32.8 million between June 2012 and June 2013, which is $12.9 million more than she earned last year.
Angelina’s huge salary comes despite not starring in a movie since “The Tourist” alongside Johnny Depp three years ago.
In the interim Angelina directed and wrote Bosnian War movie “In The Land Of Blood And Honey” and shot comeback film Disney’s “Maleficent,” for which she will make $15.2 million.
“Hunger Games” star Jennifer, 22, helped the first movie in the franchise bank $686.6 million at the box office and while she was paid under $991,000 for the first film, production company Lionsgate will be paying her substantially more for the sequel “Catching Fire.”
