Court plea in ‘DWI’ mayhem

An allegedly drugged-up drunken driver who plowed into three bystanders and a flower stand in the East Village last month pleaded not guilty in court yesterday.

After allegedly causing the June 19 wreck — in which a man on the sidewalk was injured — Shaun Martin asked a cop, “Am I dead?” and, “Was I driving?”

He also whined to an EMT, “Don’t call my mother, she’s going to be upset,” court papers said.

The 32-year-old Queens man pleaded not guilty at his arraignment yesterday in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Martin was drunk and high on PCP and meth and had hashish stashed in his sock when he cut across three lanes and careened into a deli at Second Avenue and East Fourth Street, prosecutors said.

The most seriously injured victim, a deli worker, suffered broken bones and head trauma.
