Yingyi Li-Dikov, 30, and her unborn child died after a massive oak toppled on top of them as they enjoyed a day in the tranquil Queens park.

Dikov’s family filed a notice of claim in Manhattan today that signaled an intent to sue the city for failure to properly maintain the tree, their lawyer, Stefano Filippazzo, told The Post.

The 70-year-old, 50 foot tree snapped roughly 8 feet from the ground before striking Dikov in her midsection and head.

Her husband, Alexander Dikov, married his sweetheart last year after meeting at a local YMCA and the couple had been preparing to usher their new baby into the world before the tragedy.

Critics slammed the parks department after Dikov’s sudden death for failing to properly monitor unstable trees and noted that there have been more than a dozen tree-related injuries at city parks in recent months.

Dikov’s shattered Army National Guardsman husband said they were expecting a little baby girl they had already named Christine and that his wife – originally from China – went to the popular Queens park nearly every day.
