Brace yourself — Madonna’s rocking a mouth grill.
The Material Girl stepped out in a hip-hop-inspired gold grill at a gym opening in Rome, where she flashed her blinding smile to a throng of adoring fans on Wednesday.
The tasteless mouth bling features 24 diamonds, is removable, and covers only her top teeth.
But some fans say the junk on her teeth isn’t easy on the eyes.
“LOL I just threw up in my mouth. Let’s grill Madonna over her toothy fashion accessory!” one fan wrote on Twitter yesterday.
Another fan called her too old for the fashion risk.
“So Madonna is sporting a gold grill on her upper teeth . . . Gurl, you’re 55 years old! You look like an idiot!” posted another fan.
The trend-setting star sported the bling-encrusted grill at an opening for her Hard Candy Fitness Center chain, which features locations across the globe.
It’s not the first time Madge has rocked the menacing mouth piece.
She made the fashion statement on Instagram two months ago, where she posted a sassy note: “Don’t hate me. Hate my #grilz,” she wrote along with a shot of her golden choppers.
She was also spotted earlier this month rocking the piece while in Southern France with her dancer boyfriend, Brahim Zaibat.
At her Rome appearance, she also rocked fingerless black leather gloves and corset.
The pop legend is now grilling with Justin Bieber, Miley Cirus and Rihanna, who have rocked the mouth pieces for months.
A spokeswoman for Madonna didn’t return calls by press time.
