Ch. 11 has finalized the lineup for its “PIX11 Morning News” team.
Bronx-born Kori Chambers will join Sukanya Krishnan anchoring the newscast from 6 to 9 a.m. starting Monday, Oct. 7.
Chambers joins Ch. 11 from Chicago’s Fox affiliate,WFLD,where he anchored the noon news and “Good Day Chicago” on weekdays.
He also guest-hosted “Live with Regis & Kelly” several years ago.
Speaking of Ch. 11, former station anchor Jodi Applegate (who also co-anchored Ch. 5’s “Good Day New York”) will be John Elliot’s guest cohost all this week on “Live From The Couch” (79a. m./Ch. 55). She’s filling in for “Live From The Couch”ers Carolina Bermudez and Lisa Kerney,who are both on maternity leave.
