Rihanna reportedly has told cops she won’t testify against Chris Brown after rekindling her romance with the R&B singer.
“She has had a change of heart and doesn’t want the case to proceed,” Britain’s The Sun quoted a police source saying. California law allows prosecutors to charge a person with domestic violence, even if the couple reunites.
Meanwhile, TMZ.com reported cops turned over the case to the LA County prosecutor. Brown’s in court today for his Feb. 8 arrest in a fight with Rihanna.
