‘SOPRANO’ WANTS CAM WHACKED

He’s won three Emmys for his work in front of the cameras, but James Gandolfini wants them shut off when he answers questions about allegedly roughing up a fan.

The 47-year-old TV tough guy, who played mob boss Tony Soprano, is fighting a suit filed by Jason Ertischek, of Brooklyn, who claims the star slapped, punched and cursed at him at JFK Airport on Jan. 29, 2008.

The actor is seeking to block the videotaping of his deposition by Ertischek’s camp, according to papers filed in Brooklyn Supreme Court.

The taping “is intended solely to harass, annoy and prejudice defendant and violate his due-process rights,” the motion claims.

The day of the incident, Ertischek told The Post, “I spoke to him in a kind of Tony Soprano accent, like, ‘Yo, Tony.’ All of a sudden, he turned around and choked me . . . and punched me.”
