The sculptor of the Financial District’s famed “Charging Bull” statue is seeing red.
Manhattan artist Arturo Di Modica filed suit yesterday over use of his Wall Street icon to promote a new book about the recent financial crisis.
Di Modica charges that Random House and authors Lawrence McDonald and Patrick Robinson without permission put a photo of his copyrighted bronze on the dust jacket of “A Colossal Failure of Common Sense: The Inside Story of the Collapse of Lehman Brothers.”
