‘BULL’ SCULPTOR SNORTS OVER BOOK

The sculptor of the Financial District’s famed “Charging Bull” statue is seeing red.

Manhattan artist Arturo Di Modica filed suit yesterday over use of his Wall Street icon to promote a new book about the recent financial crisis.

Di Modica charges that Random House and authors Lawrence McDonald and Patrick Robinson without permission put a photo of his copyrighted bronze on the dust jacket of “A Colossal Failure of Common Sense: The Inside Story of the Collapse of Lehman Brothers.”
