‘POSTIE PUNCHER’ POL TO GET OFF EASY

Short-fused state Sen. Kevin Parker could wind up getting nothing more than a wrist slap for allegedly assaulting a Post photographer.

Shutterbug William Lopez yesterday said a Brooklyn assistant DA warned him and his lawyer that Parker might plead to a special conditional misdemeanor with no prison time.

“It sounds like a slap on the wrist, and that slap on the wrist is a slap in the face to me,” said Lopez, who suffered a broken finger and whose camera and car were damaged in the alleged attack.

He was working on May 8 on a story about foreclosure proceedings against Parker’s $610,000 Brooklyn home when the senator allegedly hit him.

Parker was indicted on an assault charge carrying up to seven years behind bars.

But the rap could be downgraded to a misdemeanor requiring him to take six months of anger-management classes — something he was already ordered to do four years ago after punching a traffic agent.

Arraignment in the Lopez case is set for today.
