Mistress-loving mechanic Jesse James left an Arizona rehab facility after still-steamed wife Sandra Bullock refused to take his phone call, RadarOnline.com is reporting today.
James, 40, left the Sierra Tucson sex rehab clinic sometime in the last couple of days and is staying at a friend’s house, Star was first to report last night. Radar added today that James snapped after Bullock refused to take his phone call.
“He wants the marriage back,” an unnamed source told Radar. “And then she refused to take one of his calls from the rehab center and he got furious and left.”

James entered the clinic last week in a desperate attempt to win back Bullock, who has been humiliated by revelations that he carried on affairs with as many as four mistresses.
James will return to the facility at some point, Radar reported.
“He’s told people he’s going back in,” the source told teh site. “But right now it’s impossible to predict what he’ll do next.”
Star speculated that a moving van spotted outside the couple’s home may have also played a role in James leaving the treatment center. Movers were spotted Friday hauling away a couch, love seat and “a ton” of boxes, TMZ reported yesterday, fueling rumors that Bullock may be ready to dump James and move on.
