Act 15

Ooh la la! Kelsey Grammer is adding some glamour to master-of-the-universe-heavy 15 Central Park West.

While he is wowing the crowds in the latest Broadway revival of “La Cage Aux Folles,” Grammer is living it up in a three-bedroom 15 CPW rental, which he got for slightly less than its $29,000-a-month asking price.

Perhaps Grammer can scope out the building and talk some producers into backing a new musical on the storied 15 CPW itself. Residents include under-fire moguls like Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein, as well as notable philanderers like Alex Rodriguez and still-married billionaire Henry Silverman.

Broker Penny Crone of Prudential Douglas Elliman, who had the listing, declined to comment.

Music manse

Cabaret czar Michael Feinstein and diva Liza Minnelli were spotted dining at Bond 45 with Core broker Tom Postilio (one of the real estate professionals featured on the “Selling New York” reality TV show and a former cabaret performer himself). The trio were discussing the possible sale of Feinstein’s Upper East Side townhouse on swanky East 63rd St. The 9,000-square-foot manse — a combination of two 1870s buildings that boasts a whopping 25 rooms — would have an asking price of $20 million or more. Postilio was unavailable for comment.

Fashion hunt

Elie and Rory Tahari still have their fabulous SoHo triplex, which has generated interest in the $22 million range, unofficially on the market, along with other properties they own in Manhattan and the Hamptons. We now hear that the fashion couple, whose marriage still appears to be on the rocks, is looking for separate apartments — but still cordial enough to search together.

They seem to be looking for two-bedroom apartments in roughly the $2 million range on the Upper West Side and recently visited buildings including the Harrison and the Apthorp. Any such apartment would be much smaller than the Taharis’ 9,600-square-foot Prince Street trophy loft. A Tahari spokesman declined to comment.

Back on the block

IN 1977, real estate doyenne Elizabeth Stribling sold a four-bedroom apartment at 1105 Park Ave. to a young couple, Hannah and Herbert Halberg — for $90,000. They loved it and raised their three sons there. But after Herbert’s recent passing, the sons, David, Ken and Brian, reached out to Stribling to sell it for them — with a $4.5 million asking price.

The light-filled four-bedroom, four-bathroom corner co-op has views of Park Avenue, high ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace and a maid’s room.

Stribling’s Alexa Lambert, Amanda Case Heyn and Marc Achilles have the listing.
