An odd threesome looted nearly 200 pairs of underwear from a Victoria’s Secret in Heartland Village, police said yesterday.

The perps — an older woman with a younger couple — grabbed 175 pairs of panties from the lingerie store in the Staten Island Mall at around 8:10 p.m. Aug. 8 and ran off with their booty, cops said.

The older bandit is believed to be in her 40s or 50s with short hair, while the other woman is in her 20s and was wearing black pants, a jacket and sneakers, cops said.

She was also carrying a white bag.

The man in the trio is believed to be in his 20s and was wearing a red t-shirt, a red baseball cap and jeans, police said.

Police arrested a 19-year-old man in connection with Saturday’s car crash that killed two teen passengers in Far Rockaway.

Cyirell Lomax was driving a green 2009 Toyota Corolla that belonged to an acquaintance or friend’s grandmother when he allegedly lost control of the vehicle and smashed it into a cement pillar that supports an elevated train line at around 3 a.m., sources said.

Police are withholding the names of the dead, aged 14 and 15, because they are still trying to notify the families.

Lomax, who is still hospitalized with his crash injuries and under police guard, was charged with two counts of reckless endangerment, unauthorized use of someone else’s car and aggravated unlicensed operation, authorities said.

He was also charged with a traffic violation for a faulty taillight.

One man was fatally shot in the face and another wounded in Sunset Park yesterday, police said.

Two men were in custody and three more were still being sought after the shooting in front of 748 39th St. that left Jonny Rosado, 35, of Queens dead.

Rosado was struck by a bullet at around 1 a.m., while a 24-year-old man was hit in the leg.

Rosado was taken to Maimonides Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The other victim was taken to Lutheran Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.

Police believe that Rosado, who lives nearby, was involved in a dispute with the other group, but it was not clear what caused the fight, police said.

A man pushed his pal off a Bensonhurst building during a drunken fight, killing the guy, cops said.

Henry Tanbriz, 19, was thrown from the top of a four-story building at 1655 76th St. at around 4:50 a.m. Saturday, sources said.

Police have charged Manuel Carac, 26, who they believe was a friend of Tanbriz, with manslaughter and negligent homicide.

Police are investigating the death of a woman in her Bushwick home.

Emily Morton, 31, was found unconscious inside the Throop Avenue apartment at around 9:10 a.m. Friday, police said.

There were no signs of foul play, and detectives are waiting for the medical examiner to determine the cause of death, cops added.

Manhattan

An elderly woman was killed by an out-of-control driver on the Lower East Side, police said yesterday.

Meipui Chow Leon, 73, of East Third Street was hit at Clinton and East Houston streets at around 5 p.m. Friday, cops said.

The driver of a 2011 Ford van trying to make a left onto Houston mowed her down in the crosswalk, according to police.

The victim suffered serious trauma and was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

The driver remained on the scene and was issued tickets for failure to yield and failure to exercise due care, according to police, who did not release the driver’s name because he was charged with traffic violations, not a crime.

The Bronx

A Fordham man slashed his wife with a boxcutter while calling her a “crippled b—h” in front of her 16-year-old daughter and 1-year-old granddaughter, authorities said.

Kevin Stepheny, 49, pulled the blade in the East 185th Street home at around 5 a.m. Aug. 18, shouting the slur and other expletives, a Criminal Court complaint charges.

He then slashed the woman as her daughter stood nearby and her terrified granddaughter lay on a bed 5 feet away, court papers charge.

Stepheny was charged with assault, weapon possession, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.
