Dead Yale prof may have been an escort

A Yale University English professor who was found dead in his Connecticut jail cell may have been working as a male escort.

The handsome prof landed in the clink last week after learning his estranged husband, Sunder Ganglani, had an order of protection against him, and after fighting with police officers who responded to an argument between the two.

Samuel See’s body was discovered just hours after his arrest. There were no obvious signs of suicide, the New Haven Independent reported.

Photos of See, 34, appear on at least four sites advertising escort services and Web cam modeling under the name “Ryan Cochran.” The professor’s middle name is Ryan.

A phone number linked to See is listed on one of the sites, and a sexually explicit Facebook profile under the Cochran name lists the professor’s home address.
