Ravens, Browns ‘under’ the radar

Including his 1997-2012 seasons in The Post, Cat’s record in print stands at 480-408 (54 percent) against the spread.

TOMORROW

Navy (+16) over NOTRE DAME: Plethora of Middie running backs (and don’t forget QB Keenan Reynolds, who can tote it, as well) are likely to chew up clock in giant gulps . . . while athletically superior Irish will seek to observe long-time South Bend tradition of NOT looking to show up service academies on the gridiron. Don’t be thrown by Air Force/ND result . . . Flyboys suffer from severe physical attrition, this season. Keepin’ it close, Navy (+17), for one unit.

SUNDAY

Ravens/BROWNS Under 41: Though Baltimore’s enduring a post-Super Bowl hangover rash of sluggish first halves, visitors know they can snag straight-up win at crunch time, having beaten their sad-sack Cleveland replacements 11 straight. Defensively playing not to lose, Chiefs still capped Browns’ QB Jason Campbell’s point generation at 17. Doubt shaky Campbell will hustle up that many this afternoon. In another snoozer, taking Ravens/BROWNS Under 41, for one unit.

LAST WEEK: 1-1. Next time, bring an offense (South Florida, minus one unit). Eagles sink to new levels of South Philly futility (Giants, plus one unit).

SEASON: 10-6-2.
