Andrew Garfield eyes West Village pad

Printing press

Andrew Garfield was recently spotted swinging by two- and three-bedroom homes at The Printing House at 421 Hudson St. in the West Village. Perhaps, our spies suggest, he’s preparing to take his relationship with Emma Stone to the next level, now that filming has wrapped for “Magic in the Moonlight” in the south of France? One apartment he looked at in particular was a three-bedroom, 2½-bathroom unit asking $3.895 million.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was also spotted looking for a home there — but at smaller units, now that she’s rumored to be splitsville from her boyfriend, Jason Statham. The Victoria’s Secret model looked at a one-bedroom, two-bathroom unit asking $2.05 million.

All apartments come with double-height ceilings and amenities including a rooftop pool and sundeck. The building also offers plenty of perks — including free doggy daycare from Biscuits & Bath and complimentary free passes to the nearby Children’s Museum of the Arts. Perhaps, best of all, the building is capped by its own Equinox Fitness branch.

Reel estate deal
Film producer/investor Valerio Morabito and his partners just sold 45 E. 74th St. to a mystery buyer. The last asking price was $30 million. Under an LLC, Morabito’s team bought the 1879 manse for $10 million in 2008 and spent another $10 million renovating it. Many high-profile potential buyers toured the five-bedroom, 7½-bathroom townhouse, including Brad Pitt, Steve Madden, Facebook’s Matt Cohler, the ambassador of Qatar and a Saudi prince.

The listing brokers were Town’s Brett Miles, Jason Karadus, James Cox and Robson Zanetti; Brown Harris Stevens’ Paula Del Nunzio repped the buyer.

We hear . . .
That the Designer Visions opening night gala last night at Walker Tower, 212 W. 18th St., showcased apartments designed by Alessandra Branca for Elle Décor, Jamie Drake for House Beautiful and Carlos Aparicio for Veranda.

Going, going, Kahn
Philanthropist Patsy Kahn is abandoning Bernie Madoff’s old digs. As the Madoff trials continue, Kahn — who just bought a $4 million pad at 1100 Park Ave. — has had “several offers” on the penthouse at 133 E. 64th St., which is currently on the market for $17.25 million, sources tell Gimme Shelter.
Listing broker Dolly Lenz declined to comment.
