Socialite neighbor to Joan Rivers: ‘Go f–k yourself’

While Joan River is in LA filming her We TV series “Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best?” she’s being upstaged in New York City by her downstairs neighbor, a socialite staging her own made-for-reality-TV moment outside the comedienne’s Upper East Side condo.

“Go f—k yourself,” the bottle-blonde jet setter, Elizabeth Hazan, railed in the direction of her adversary’s penthouse.

Warning: Graphic language

The two are locked in a nasty legal battle over Hazan’s $200,000 in unpaid common charges.

Rivers owns the $30 million triplex and is the board president at their shared address on E. 62nd Street.

Hazan and her attorneys showed up to the luxury building this morning to gain access to her first-floor, $2 million apartment. Hazan claims Rivers has had her locked out of the pad because of dispute over the money. “She’s very ugly. She looks like Scarface,” Hazan cracked about the 80-year-old comic.

The socialite, who also keeps a home in Miami, trashed her neighbor’s fashion sense.

“She has a collection of clothes that are 250-years–old,” said the 41-year-old.

Hazan was shivering outside the building in her white Prada peep toe shoes and a light Jean Paul Gaultier jacket.

“I would like to get access to my mink coat. It’s a gorgeous long one, It’s right there,” she whined, pointing to her apartment.

Hazan was trailed by a gaggle of cameras from news outlets and entertainment shows like “Extra” and “Inside Edition.” She called cops when the doorman wouldn’t let her enter the building.

A Citarella delivery for Rivers’ assistants — two bags full of roast chicken, bagels and lettuce — was also turned away.

Rivers declined to return the insults, instead politely telling the Post in between shoots in LA, “At my age I still believe in the legal system and hope and pray that the law will come down on the right side.”
