Garnett relives teenage days on ‘Inside Stuff’

Want to see a teenage Kevin Garnett? You can Saturday at noon on NBA TV.

That’s when and where the relaunched version of “NBA Inside Stuff” will air, as the show is being reintroduced with a 1-on-1 interview between Garnett and Grant Hill – one of the show’s two co-hosts – that took place during the Nets’ week-long stint at Duke University for training camp.

Garnett and Hill talked about the upcoming season for the Nets, as well as playing for Jason Kidd. They also discuss Garnett’s first appearance on the show as a rookie during the 1995-96 season, back when it was hosted by Ahmad Rashad.

“It was like the first real interview I’d ever done,” Garnett says. “I couldn’t believe it. I was shocked … being a fan of the show, and now I’m on it, it felt like a real fairy tale.”

Another Net, Jason Terry, also makes an appearance on the show, talking about all of the player movement around the NBA during the offseason, as well as the nine first-time head coaches.
