Hothead actor Alec Baldwin shoved a Post reporter on Friday outside his East Village home.
The scribe, Kevin Fasick, approached the “30 Rock” actor for comment on his stalker Genevieve Sabourin’s conviction while shooting cell phone video around 10 a.m.– a move that enraged the star, who snatched the gadget and threw it to the ground.
Baldwin then pushed the reporter into the back of a parked SUV, got up in his face and threatened him.
“You don’t want to have a problem do you? Don’t get next to me,” Baldwin said.
He continued to rant, “Take a walk pal. You don’t want to get hurt…You’re a fat middle aged guy!”
The attack comes one day after Baldwin lashed out at a Post photographer, who tried to take photos of him leaving his home — prompting the star to launch into a homophobic rant in which he called the shutterbug a “c–k s—cking f-g.”
Earlier, a finger-wagging Hilaria stepped out of the family’s apartment to scold the media — but made sure first to plug an upcoming appearance.
“So my reaction?” she said, conducting an impromptu curbside presser in sunglasses and lightweight chic winter coat. “My reaction — which you can find on Extra tonight — If you want to watch … Extra, I did a whole interview — my reaction is that we are relieved. This was a very scary thing.
“And unfortunately it had to turn into all of this,” she added with a wave toward the assembled reporters and shutterbugs, “where we have a ton of press outside of our home all the time, which is exactly what we didn’t want.”
Then she accused journalists of deliberately endangering both herself and her infant daughter.
“Every single time I leave my home with my baby, or myself, I have to worry about cameras hitting me, almost hitting my baby,” she said, claiming that in one newspaper’s photos, “you can see my baby’s face smushed on me because people are trying to hit her with cameras, and it is better to hold her close than to have metal hit her, okay?
She added, “The things that the paparazzi will say to us to try to get a reaction is [sic] unbelievable. And that never ever ever ever gets played. A woman from Fox yesterday with a microphone almost knocked my teeth out. Okay? She almost knocked my teeth out.”
She said her baby “gets scared by all the flashing lights. She gets scared with everybody running around.”
Returning to the subject of Sabourin’s seven month jail sentence, she denied it was her family’s intent to have their stalker do hard time.
“Now we dealt with a horrible ordeal with this woman, and let me tell you we tried to have her not go to jail. We offered her a plea deal. We said, ‘Please get help. Just stay away from us. That’s all we want. That’s all we want.’ And she did not want to do it, and she is in jail right now because she put herself there.”
Closing with a bit of courtoom analysis, she said Sabourin’s legal strategy was awful.
“The judge was so kind to her and gave her so many chances, and she decided to disobey him again and again and again. She listened to her lawyer. She didn’t listen to our lawyer. She didn’t listen to us. She has no respect for anyone.”
