Bikers’ ‘threat’ to driver’s wife: You’re going to get it

Two of the motorcycle maniacs involved in the brutal beat-down of a Manhattan motorist also tried to attack his wife, threatening, “You’re going to get it, too,” prosecutors revealed in Manhattan Supreme Court Wednesday.

Defendants Jason Brown and Robert Sims allegedly tried to pull Alexian Lien’s wife from their blocked-in SUV and threatened her after Brown broke the passenger window. The Lien’s infant daughter was also in the vehicle.

The Range Rover was forced to stop near 178th Street after the pack of bikers chased them from the West Side Highway in September, Assistant District Attorney Joshua Steinglass said at the arraignment of five of the bikers.

“Mr. Sims is one of the most vicious of all the defendants,” said Steinglass. “Not only can he be seen at the second scene attempting to open the victim’s door, at the third scene he most clearly can be seen stomping on the victim as he lay helpless.”

Alexian Lien’s wife is seen with the door of the SUV open as bikers allegedly attack her husband.

Both Brown and Sims pleaded not guilty to charges of gang assault.

Christopher Cruz, who allegedly set off the vicious frenzy by braking in front of Lien’s SUV, and who also is accused of being the biker seen on video punching his side mirror, also plead not guilty to assault charges and was held in lieu of $100,000 bond.

Reginald Chance, who can be seen on video breaking Lien’s window with his helmet, and Craig Wright, seen punching Lien through the broken window, also pleaded not guilty to gang assault charges and remain free on bail.

A total of 11 bikers have been arrested for taking part in the caught-on-video attack, including an off-duty undercover cop, Det. Wojciech Braszczok.

Braszczok, 32, is accused of punching out the rear window of the SUV.

The bikers are due back in court on Dec. 20.
