Another shocking video was made public on Tuesday of brutal biker assault on a Manhattan dad after a wild chase on the West Side Highway last month.
The video, obtained by WABC-7, shows the moment Alexian Lien is pulled out of the his Range Rover SUV before the vicious assault.
The network said that the video was given to them by a witness and has been seen by police.
The new video comes to light as a ninth biker was arrested on Monday in the biker beat down.
James Brown, 40, of Brooklyn was charged with gang assault and assault in the Sept. 29 incident.
