Sad excuse for a man, too dumb to read, reduces airport worker to tears

A vile Ryanair customer filmed the disgraceful moment he harassed and bullied a staff member with a barrage of abuse that reduced her to tears.

The worker at the Brussels Airport in Belgium got so upset that she needed to be consoled by other passengers while the bully callously accuses her of having an “emotional breakdown” during the five-minute ordeal.

The customer can be heard abusing the worker as he debates whether he should have to pay 50 euros (about $56) for a flight he was checked in on with the airline because he failed to print out his boarding pass.

The tirade begins when he says: “May I have your supervisor’s name, please?”

“Call security, I’m a customer, lady. I’m asking your supervisor’s name so I can speak with your supervisor because I’m unhappy with the way you’re performing your job.”

“Ryanair check-in lady … Being a complete, total — what are you being? What are you being right now?”

“You tell me I have to pay 50 euros for a flight I’m already checked in on.”

“I told you I didn’t come through the departure hall because I came on a connecting flight so I have to come directly here.”

At this point, the worker appears to let out an incredulous laugh.

He responds: “Is there something funny here? What’s the joke? Is it your attitude? That’s the only thing that’s funny here, and it stinks.”

“You have a bad attitude. You have no business working here and dealing with customers.”

Eventually, a fellow passenger at the airport steps in and says: “Sir, stop harassing her now.”

But he responds: “Mind your own business, baldy. Go sit down, old man.”

“Tell her to let me on the flight. She’s supposed to print my boarding pass, she works here.”

The bullying customer then continues: “And lose some weight, get on the treadmill. You out of shape, donut-eating bald piece of crap.”

“You’re nothing, man, you’re nothing.”

The worker then bursts into tears, as a passenger can be heard asking the man: “Are you happy now?”

But the obnoxious customer then continues his bombardment: “Oh, are you having an emotional breakdown?”

Since the passenger uploaded the footage, he has been slammed by users online.

One viewer wrote: “You are a really horrible person and you should be ashamed of yourself.”

Another said: “You are nothing but a professional victim and a scam artist. Disgusting.”

A spokesman for Ryanair said: “Our handling agent at Brussels Airport, Aviapartner, is looking into this matter.

“We will not tolerate unruly or disruptive behavior at any time.”
