An innocent bystander was fatally shot outside of a Bronx bodega Friday night, police said.
Cindy Diaz, 48, was struck by two bullets about 5:37 p.m. in front of West Farm Convenience Store on Boston Road near West Farms Road as she carried groceries.
Another victim, an 18-year-old man, was also shot in the arm. It remains unclear if he was the intended target, cops said.
Diaz was taken to Saint Barnabas Hospital, but could not be saved.
The man was patched up at Jacobi Hospital. Cops then hauled him to the 48th Precinct for questioning, police sources said.
Police couldn’t immediately provide a suspect description.
No arrests have been made.
