Obama hits Trump where it hurts in ‘Mean Tweets’ late-night bit

President Barack Obama hit back at the haters who flood his Twitter mentions Monday night, including one of his biggest trolls — Donald Trump.

The president was on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!,” where he appeared on the “Mean Tweets” segment for a second time. The bit includes celebrities reading nasty, and often hilarious, tweets sent their way.

“I bet Obama likes mustard on his hotdogs because he’s gross,” Obama read from Twitter.

“Barack Obama… bro, do you even lift?!” read another tweet.

He retorted, “Well, I lifted the ban on Cuban cigars if that’s worth something.”

Obama also had a comeback for Trump, who tweeted from his account @realDonaldTrump that Obama was “perhaps the worst president in the history of the United States!”

“Well, @realDonaldTrump, at least I will go down as a president,” he said while letting go of his phone in a “mic drop.”

Obama has been hitting the late-night show circuit as he nears the end of his second term. Last week, the president polished his resume on “The Late Show” with Stephen Colbert.
