This baby goat is being raised by two St. Bernards

Meet Hans: your newest Instagram obsession.

Hans is an adorable 2-month-old goat being raised by two St. Bernards on a farm in Belgium.

The orphaned goat arrived on the farm about 2 months ago, after his mother died and his owners realized they couldn’t bottle-raise the newborn. But right away, baby Hans gravitated toward his new home’s two resident hounds, Julie and Basiel, who have been teaching their pal the lay of the farm.

“He learns a lot from the dogs,” Hans’ new owner Isolde Mattart told animal blog the Dodo. “He loves sunbathing with the dogs, he loves going for walks with me and the dogs, but he likes napping with the dogs the most.”

Mattart chronicles Hans & Co.’s snuggle sessions and adventures under her Instagram handle, @imatsol, where she also posts photos of the farm’s bountiful heirloom tomatoes and other cute critters, like baby chicks, ducks and donkeys.

But Hans — shown standing on a remarkably placid Julie or chilling on the side of the road with his two new “parents” — has largely stolen the show.

Yet Mattart maintains that she’s Hans’ real favorite.

“He follows me around everywhere,” she writes in an Instagram post. “Even in the restroom.”
