New images from the “Game of Thrones” set in Spain have revealed a moment pretty much every viewer of the show has been waiting for.
As the fan site Watchers on the Wall first pointed out, the blurry images show two major characters, Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen, finally meeting for the first time.

The actors who play those characters, Emilia Clarke and Kit Harington, are both filming on the islet of Gaztelugatxe, on the northern coast of Spain. Like many “Game of Thrones” characters’ names, it’s quite difficult to pronounce.
Obviously, Spain’s climate is rather different from the cold northern winter you’d expect Jon Snow to be enduring, so it seems he will be traveling south at some point in Season 7, which will air midway through next year.
Fans are hoping he will join forces with Daenerys to overthrow the newly crowned queen of Westeros, Cersei, and then take on the mysterious and terrifying White Walkers.
