Porn site wants to send Brendan Dassey to Wrestlemania

Brendan Dassey of “Making a Murderer” received news earlier this month that his murder and rape convictions were overturned, and it appears more good fortune is coming his way.

A porn site offered Monday to send Dassey, who was convicted in 2007, to Wrestlemania if it is ruled that he will be freed from jail.

A then 17-year-old Dassey was sentenced to 41 years in prison for allegedly helping his uncle, Steven Avery, rape and kill Teresa Halbach. His trial was the subject of the 10-episode Netflix docu-series.

Binge-watchers of the hit series know that Dassey, 26, is an avid wrestling fan. In one episode, Dassey calls his mom devastated upon the realization that he will miss out on Wrestlemania in prison.

He was not able to watch the annual WWE event this year either, since Wisconsin’s Columbia Criminal Institution, where he is an inmate, has a rule against “violence, foul language and nudity for TV viewing,” according to TMZ.

Dassey’s grief must have pulled on the heart strings of porn site xHamster, which wants to fund a trip for him and his family to Orlando in April for the wrestling event.

“We are pleased that we can make this young man’s dream of going to Wrestlemania come true,” said Alex Hawkins, spokesman for xHamster, in a statement. “We have been in talks with the family and they are more than thrilled that Brendan will get this opportunity after so many years of heartache and injustice.”
