Michelle Obama stuns in a blue Christian Siriano dress at DNC

Call it cobalt, International Klein, ultramarine or maybe just Bleeding Heart Liberal.

Any way you describe it, the low-key dress Michelle Obama donned for Monday night’s Democratic National Convention kickoff represented a visual cue as clear — and as blue — as day.

But FLOTUS wasn’t merely playing Captain Obvious with her party’s signature color.

The cap-sleeved crepe number was custom made by New York-based designer Christian Siriano, who shot to fame after winning the fourth season of “Project Runway” in 2008.
Symbolically speaking, that’s U.S. talent cultivated on reality T.V. — what could be more American?

And while not as affordable as, say, the made-in-China creation Ivanka Trump sported at the RNC, the First Lady’s outfit was 100 percent her: bright and sophisticated.

Good thing personal style is much harder to plagiarize.
