Ex-Obama Cabinet member rips Hillary for bashing Bill’s accusers

A former Obama administration Cabinet official lashed out at Hillary Clinton for disparaging the women who accused her husband Bill of sexual misconduct or assault.

“Not only did people look the other way, but they went after the women who came forward and accused him,” former Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, a Democrat, told “The Axe Files” in a podcast that aired Wednesday, referring to President Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton and their team.

“And so it doubled down on not only bad behavior but abusive behavior, and then people attacked the victims.”

Sebelius said it was “absolutely” fair for Hillary to shoulder some of the blame for excusing Bubba’s tawdry behavior and trashing his victims.

Sebelius added that the Clinton administration’s response to the accusations — denial and attacking the accuser — was being imitated by sleazy pols today.

“You can watch that same pattern repeat. It needs to end. It needs to be over,” she said.

Sebelius declined to say whether Minnesota Sen. Al Franken should step down in response to allegations of groping.

She contrasted Franken’s reaction to those of Alabama GOP Senate candidate Roy Moore and movie mogul Harvey Weinstein.

“Franken . . . first of all admitted behavior and apologized, but immediately asked for an ethics investigation on himself,” Sebelius said.
