If she says ‘LOL,’ you’re probably getting lucky

Three little letters have never been more important where matters of the bedroom are concerned.

After surveying 5,500 singles as part of its annual Singles in America Survey, online dating site Match discovered that singles using “LOL” or “Haha” to message their significant others were 39 percent more likely to have sex, among other notable findings.

“With this cogent 2015 survey of single Americans, we are uncovering more and more shrouded attitudes and behaviors of this massive population,” said Dr. Helen Fisher, the chief scientific adviser to Match. “Moreover, this year we focused on the crucial ‘second date,’ a vital courtship step that has been seriously understudied until now.”

According to the findings, it’s crucial for singles to either wine or dine on the first date, as their chances of scoring a second date will likely decrease by 107 percent should they opt for a different setting. And while settling on a conversation with a total stranger could be the epitome of awkward, as the study shows, nearly all topics are on the table — politics included.

“The coming year is special: It’s political, and today’s singles have vivid opinions about what they will not tolerate in a leader,” Fisher continues.

By sharing whether you agree with Donald Trump’s latest Twitter rant against Ted Cruz, it could boost the likelihood of date No. 2 by 91 percent. And while the majority of Hillary Clinton’s supporters fancy vino over a cold one, 43 percent of them are “actively looking for commitment.”

With the unattached members of Team Trump, not only are 82 percent of them unemployed, but they’re nearly 116 percent more likely to bring up an ex in a conversation.

As for the candidate women are most likely to “ghost,” or slowly fade away from, 36 percent would be down for dumping Trump.
