This artery-clogging creation is composed of a hot dog wrapped in a fried chicken “bun,” slathered in melted cheese. It’s only available in the Philippines and just 50 are made in each store per day.
And like most fast food creations, the meal you actually end up getting in stores looks way different from the promo pic.
