The painted message appeared in a photo in an actual listing on Realtor.com.
“Kids in the neighborhood went in and created a haunted house without anyone’s permission,” said James Silver with Keller Williams Realty. “When agents kept asking me to give them pictures of the inside, I gave them exactly what they asked for.”
Silver said he already has offers for the 2,084-square-foot house on Clairmount Street.
