A fleet-footed bag-snatcher was nabbed by Port Authority cops when he was spotted dodging cars near the Lincoln Tunnel during his attempted getaway, an agency spokesman said Sunday.

Officers caught Jackson after a brief pursuit and were questioning him when another man came up to them and said Jackson had stolen his bag minutes earlier at West 40th Street and Ninth Avenue, Pentangelo said.

The victim’s bag and $60 in cash were recovered from Jackson, who was charged with trespassing, petit larceny, and possession of stolen property, authorities said.

Jackson, of The Bronx, also had an open warrant for fare evasion, they said.
